Immediate Policy Change — Effective October 8, 2026

Effective immediately, all requests for written records must be submitted in writing. Please allow 5–7 business days for your request to be processed and a response to be provided.

Please note that we do not retain copies of original baptism certificates that were provided at the time of baptism. Once a baptism has been verified by our staff, we will provide a verification letter on official church letterhead, based on the option selected below.

If you would like the verification letter sent directly to a church rather than to your personal mailing address, please provide the church’s complete mailing information, as well as the name and contact information of the person who should receive the letter, in the space provided below.
