Event Details
Trinity’s Blessing of the Animals is usually held around the Feast Day of St. Francis
of Assisi. This fun activity for kids, adults, and pets features
musical entertainment, free food, a raffle, and a variety of information booths for
animal-related vendors and charities. Also associated with this event is a high altar
flower dedication on behalf of our pets that functions as the event fundraiser. Raffle
donations & food donations are welcome. This year, it will be held Sunday, October

It is that time of the year when St. Francis of Assisi, Patron Saint of Animals and Nature, comes to Trinity to bless and celebrate God’s gifts of nature and animal companions with us. It is also the day when we place and dedicate flowers on the High Altar that reflect the beauty, love, and joy that are represented through, and by these gifts. Your financial support will pay for the flowers and attendant costs that make this day special for every attendee.
