Announcing TLC – Trinity Listening and Caring Support Group beginning May 13!
Are you stressed? Coping with life transitions, bereavement, caregiver burden, pandemic-related stress or other issues? Need support? Just want to talk? TLC might be for you!
What: Trinity Listening and Caring is an in-person, facilitator-led support group. TLC is not “group therapy” but a safe space in which to share experiences, listen to one another, and receive compassionate, caring support.
(Everything said and heard in TLC is strictly confidential and will not be shared outside of the group).
Where: At Trinity in the Masterson Room. Social distancing and masking will be observed at all times.
When: Every Thursday (beginning May 13) from 1:00 pm – 2:15 pm, and 5:00 pm – 6:15 pm. You may attend as many or as few sessions as you wish. . Please sign up at [email protected] if you’d like to attend a session
Who: Libby Tsubai is a Trinity parishioner who for ten years served as a senior biomedical ethics consultant and educator at Houston Methodist Hospital. She received her ethics training through Baylor College of Medicine’s Center for Medical Ethics and Health Policy, and has facilitated countless family, interdisciplinary, and grief support meetings.
